WWE Clash At The Castle 2022 Results: Seth Rollins’ 442-day Long Streak Comes To An End In The UK

Seth Rollins ended on the winning side of the WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 results. His intense rivalry with Riddle has seemingly come to an end as the Visionary beat his rival via pinfall to end his 442-day long streak.

In case you didn’t know, Seth Rollins had not won a single match via pinfall on a WWE premium live event in the last 442 days. His last win via pinfall came against Cesaro at WWE Hell in a Cell 2021 during the Thunderdome Era. That match happened on June 20, 2021.

After that match, Rollins participated in the 2021 WWE Money in the Bank ladder match, where Big E emerged victorious. At SummerSlam and Crown Jewel in 2021, WWE Hall of Famer defeated Seth Rollins. Although Rollins’ team won the five-on-five elimination tag team match at Survivor Series, it was not a singles match.

Next, Rollins participated in a fatal five-way match for the WWE Championship, where Brock Lesnar won at Day 1. In the same month, that is January 2022, Rollins challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship. Rollins won the match but via disqualification.

Seth Rollins lost at Elimination Chamber and then went on a three-match losing streak at premium live events during his rivalry against former AEW Superstar Cody Rhodes. Even at Money in the Bank, he lost the ladder match, while he did not get a match at SummerSlam.

Rollins would be happy that this much-awaited win came against Riddle. Here’s what Rollins said in an interview with BT Sport before the WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 results:

“I just never talked to him. I just never said anything to him. Because I believe the comment happened when he was down in NXT. And then once he was called up to the main-roster, don’t wanna work with him, don’t wanna deal with him.”
