
Bray Wyatt shockingly passed away on August 24. WWE shared the tragic news on social media earlier today about the death of Bray Wyatt, but the company did not reveal the reason in their official statement.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful took to Twitter to share the reason of the sudden death of Bray Wyatt after taking permission from his family. According to Sapp, Wyatt got COVID, which exacerbated heart issues. He had a heart attack, which led to his death.
In a tweet posted on his Twitter account today, Sean Ross Sapp wrote:
I was given permission to reveal that earlier this year Windham Rotunda (Bray Wyatt) got COVID that exacerbated a heart issues.
There was a lot of positive progress towards a return and his recovery. Unfortunately today he suffered a heart attack and passed away.

Some fans were furious with Sean Ross Sapp’s tweet as they felt that the reason should have been disclosed by one of the family members of Wyatt only. Looking at the negative responses in the comments, Sapp posted another tweet, which read:
