After his team, Al-Nassr, was held to a draw, the frustrations of Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo finally came to a head.
On Monday, Al-Nassr and Al-Khaleej played to a 1-1 draw at home in the Saudi Pro League. After having a goal disallowed for offside and then getting into it with a member of the visiting team staff who was attempting to snap a photo, Ronaldo had a bad night.
Because of the tie, Al-Nassr is currently two points behind Al-Ittihad, the leaders of the Saudi Pro League, who also have a game in hand. It’s also Ronaldo’s second game in a row where he’s displayed signs of anger. The Portugal international completely lost it after he was denied a penalty against Al-Raed in his last match.
On Tuesday, May 16, Al-Nassr will play Al-Ta’ee once more in the Saudi Pro League.
