Ravindra Jadeja is getting into the full flow ahead of the all-important Border Gavaskar Trophy. The all-rounder has produced a staggering performance in his comeback match in the Ranji Trophy as he bagged a seven wicket-haul and put his team in a staggering position.
Jadeja returned with figures of 7/53 in 17.1 overs that helped his side themselves a target of 266 runs. He also took one wicket in the first innings. It’s fair to say that his performance will be a great boost for India considering the upcoming assignment against Australia.
Jadeja injured himself during a water activity on Team India’s day off in the Asia Cup 2022. The all-rounder was enjoying his time on the ski board, on which he slipped and twisted his knee. He was then ruled out of the tournament and was forced to undergo surgery.
He then was ruled out of the T20 World Cup 2022 and all the games of India last year followed by a series against Sri Lanka and New Zealand this year.
