WWE Superstar Grayson Waller recorded an impressive win at this year’s WrestleMania, which happened in Philadelphia. WWE has also announced the venue for next year’s WrestleMania, which will happen in Las Vegas.
Many WWE fans living outside the USA have been demanding for a WrestleMania show. While WWE has not officially commented on anything, London’s mayor Sadiq Khan said that he wants to bring the biggest live event in sports entertainment to his city. Sadiq’s comments went viral on social media because many fans residing in London want a WrestleMania in their city.
WWE tag team champion Grayson Waller was not a fan of this idea for WrestleMania. In fact, he went on to call Sadiq Khan an idiot for his suggestion. Speaking with Daily Star, Waller said:
“I’ve been to London. It’s a depressing place and I think WrestleMania in London would be a very depressing WrestleMania. We don’t want that. So, it’s Sadiq, right? Well, I think you’re an idiot.”

It is pertinent to note that Waller comes from Australia, who have had an old rivalry with England in the Ashes cricket series. Hence, it looks like Waller isn’t a fan of having a WrestleMania event in England.
Grayson Waller performed in a WrestleMania like WWE event in Australia earlier this year
While London does not have any grand WWE show planned for this year, Waller’s home country of Australia hosted Elimination Chamber at the Perth Stadium. Close to 60,000 fans were in attendance for that show, where Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins challenged Roman Reigns and The Rock for a tag team match at WrestleMania.
Cody and Seth were guests on the Grayson Waller Effect. The hometown star received an enormous pop as he made his entrance to host the show. At that time, The Bloodline even gave suggestions to Waller and his tag team partner Austin Theory on how to handle the situation.
