“Hey, maybe I love this girl”- Liv Morgan Shares Honest Feelings Of Working With Lana On WWE TV

Liv Morgan and Lana were involved in a memorable storyline on WWE RAW in 2019/20. The storyline also featured Bobby Lashley and current AEW Superstar Miro, who was then known as Rusev in WWE.

Rusev and Lana were married, but then Lana decided to betray her husband and have an affair with Bobby Lashley. After Lashley tormented Rusev and decided to marry Lana live on RAW, Liv Morgan made a surprise return on the final episode of RAW in 2019.

She interrupted the wedding ceremony and tried to remind Lana about how they would love each other as a couple in the past. WWE did not reveal what exactly happened in the past between the two female stars, but Morgan’s interruption was enough to build a mixed tag team feud between Rusev and Morgan vs Lashley and Lana.

During a recent appearance on Inside The Ropes, Liv spoke with Kenny McIntosh and recalled the storyline from 2019/20.

“Me personally, I would love to touch on that story again, because I think it’s so important just to show not different people but, you know, ‘Hey, maybe I love this girl,’ you know, like, I think it’s important just to show that. But I don’t think you ever can ever say never in WWE,” said Liv Morgan.

Liv Morgan has no idea whether she will work with Lana again in WWE

During the same interview, Morgan mentioned that she is not entirely sure whether she will get to work on that storyline once again. It did not have the perfect ending in 2020, which is why fans want the storyline to resume whenever possible.

Lana and Rusev are no longer in WWE, while Liv and Bobby Lashley have become bigger stars now. It seems unlikely that fans will ever get to witness the ending of that mixed tag team rivalry on RAW.
