Chelsea Premier League Fixtures: The Blues have found themselves in a serious spot of bother after a worrisome display of defence in the recent times. Despite a decent start to the latest edition of the Premier League, where Jorginho’s spot-kick secured a hard-fought win over Everton, the last couple of contests haven’t been what Thomas Tuchel would have expected from Chelsea.
Despite securing a lead twice against the Lilywhites, their leaky defence gave it all up as Tottenham Hotspur managed to walk away with a point after Harry Kane’s late header. With chinks of worry showing up on Tuchel’s visage at the end of the Spurs contest, things got from bad to worse for the Blues as Leeds United expunged a numerically depleted Chelsea with Koulibally being shown the exit.

The German manager hasn’t been himself late with his attacking unit running low on chances created wherein his back-four hasn’t been as intact as it was in his early days at Stamford Bridge. They have a tough fixture coming up in the forthcoming weekend as they will be confronting the mighty Leicester City who has been in somewhat of doldrums themselves but the kind of firepower that they come to a contest with, especially with the likes of Jamie Vardy spearheading the charge, Tuchel will have to find a way out.
They will also have to battle Liverpool in mid-September that will potentially mark the end of their September schedule and Tuchel will be hoping to finish on a high before they venture into October where they will collide with the Wolves and Manchester United.

As the battles continue, Tuchel and his wards will be desperate to find a solution to the lurking problems of Chelsea and the purchase of Kalidou Koulibaly has done very less to allay the fears.
