Team India drops Samson again
Sanju Samson has struggled to get opportunities with Team India. With the seniors rested, many felt that he would get a consistent run. However, in the T20I series, the Kerala batter did not get a single chance. Later, at least for the ODI series, it was expected that he would get a few matches. In the first encounter, he scored some useful runs and helped the team to cross 300. However, despite this performance, he was dropped for the second fixture.
The Rajasthan Royals skipper is one of the most talented batters going around. Yes, he might have consistency issues but that is a thing of the past. Moreover, without constant game time, Sanju does not even get a chance to prove his improvement. Considering his talent and skillset, it is high time that the management takes better care of the player.
