“Bhai Behen on fire-” Virat Kohli Gives his Verdict on Latest Bollywood Thriller

Virat Kohli, skipper of the Indian national cricket team went out of his normal avenue in cricket to review her enamor’s production works and heaped praises on her life partner for the fabulous rendition of the latest Netflix flick, Bulbul. Bulbul is jointly produced by Anushka Sharma and her brother, Karnesh Sharma.

Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma’s Clean Slate Filmz produced Bulbul after savoring resonating success with their previous effort, “Paatal lok”. The digital flick released on Netflix today. Directed by lyricist-writer, Anvita Dutt, and produced by Clean Slate Filmz which is a joint venture of Anushka and Karnesh Sharma, the movie features Tripti Dimri in the title role.

Virat Kohli expressed his admiration for the movie via Twitter, quoting, “Loved this moving story told in a brilliant way. Bhai behen on fire @AnushkaSharma #KarneshSharma. Out now please don’t miss it guys. OfficialCSFilms (sic).”

Virat Kohli supports Anushka Sharma for the second time:

This was the second time Kohli took to social media to promote Anushka’s work as in the last month, the Indian skipper heaped praises on his soulmate for her brilliant work with Paatal Lok. His words were, “Proud of my love @AnushkaSharma for producing such a gripping series and believing in her team along with our bhaiji #KarneshSharma (sic).”

Bulbul is a story set in the 19th century Bengal, where the growing up of a woman is portrayed with a classic spin on the concept of modern witch. It is about a child bride whose dreams are shattered after her espousal in her early years and she eventually grows up into a mysterious dame. It is a story of her traumatic past while a string of supernatural murders infests her village.

The film has a star-studded cast as it features Rahul Bose, Avinash Tiwary, Parambrata Chatterjee and Paoli Dam.
