2 changes RCB could make for their next game against Mumbai Indians

Royal Challengers Bangalore continued its losing streak with a loss to Rajasthan Royals at Jaipur on Saturday. At the moment, it looks tough for RCB to climb up the ladder. Their next game will be against Mumbai Indians. This will be a tough match for RCB because usually, MI are strong at their home. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of two changes RCB could make for their next game against Mumbai Indians.

1) Mahipal Lomror for Saurav Chauhan

It was shocking that despite being on of their best batters, RCB did not bring in Mahipal Lomror when they had to drop Anuj Rawat. Instead, it was Saurav Chauhan, a debutante, who got the chance against RR. The player failed to make full use of his chance against RR.

Mahipal Lomror has been a man in form. As an Impact Player, his cameos have been perfect. Plus, he is very strong in taking down spinners, something that RCB has failed to do till now. If even now they do not bring Mahipal into the setup, then something is seriously wrong with the tactics of the management.

2) V Vyshak for Himanshu Sharma

V Vyshak for Himanshu Sharma is one of the changes RCB could make for their next game against Mumbai Indians. V Vyshak was RCB’s best bowler against KKR when all the other bowlers were taken for a hammering. Interestingly, since then, the Karnataka pacer is yet to get a chance to bowl for RCB.

It is shocking because RCB has struggled to defend targets or bowl well in the first innings. Nevertheless, the team might now bring him into the side instead of Himanshu, who was not good against RR. Anyways, at Wankhede, there might not be a need for an extra spinner. Hence, Vyshak is likely to be in the playing XI.
