Vince Russo has expressed his belief that if they choose Drew McIntyre to usurp Roman Reigns’ title at the Clash at the Castle then the authority will be committing an error. The Scottish Psychopath has challenged the Tribal Chief for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in Cardiff Wales. Speaking on Writing With Russo, Vince made his WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 Predictions.
This is all set to be the biggest stadium PPV in UK since the last 30 years. Given the fact that this Drew’s home, fans have multiple reasons to believe that the Scottish Psychopath can be handed over both the titles on the night.
However, WWE veteran, Vince Russo believes that McIntyre is not exactly the man who should be given the tarnish of dethroning Reigns at the Clash at the Castle. The former WWE writer believes that Reigns’ current momentum is more like Undertaker’s WM streak.

Vince Russo shares his WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 predictions
He would quote, “Absolutely not. You know what I’m starting to relate this to a little bit? Honestly, ‘Taker’s streak. I like Drew, seems like a heck of a nice guy. I think he did my show once. This has nothing to do with any of that. This goes back to the booking.”
McIntyre drubbed Lesnar and Randy Orton to grab the WWE Championship on two instances in 2020. Sadly, in the ensuing year, McIntyre lost to Lashley, Strowman, The Miz, Riddle and Sheamus in one-on-one matches.

Russo believes that the two-time WWE Champion may be on his way to bagging greatness, but he still has a long way to go to be awarded both the belts. The former writer believes that the storyline that was written for McIntyre, somehow dented his career, but he also believes that in the forthcoming future the Scottish Psychopath can actually chronicle an even bigger rise.
However, there may be a late twist to the tale with Karrion Kross appearing on Smackdown to attack McIntyre and issue a warning for Reigns just ahead of WWE’s prized PPV.
