The most likely finish to this year’s Royal Rumble match will be Cody Rhodes winning the match and securing the WrestleMania main event match against Roman Reigns. Rhodes has worked hard to establish himself as a main event player, and Royal Rumble will likely be the next achievement of his career.

The Rock was one of the hot favorites to win the Royal Rumble until last week. Latest rumors have suggested that the Brahma Bull is unlikely to return this Saturday. However, the rumors could also prove to be false.

Bray Wyatt is set to take on LA Knight in a Pitch Black match at Royal Rumble, but there is no reason why he cannot pull off double duty at Alamodome. Dave Meltzer recently reported that Wyatt is listed as the number one babyface on SmackDown. He has a lot of history with Roman Reigns as well, which makes him among the contenders to win the Royal Rumble.
5. The Rock helps Solo Sikoa win the match
Dave Meltzer reported that The Rock does not believe he is in shape to wrestle against Roman Reigns. The report could be accurate because The Brahma Bull has not stepped inside the squared circle since 2019, and to headline a WrestleMania in front of a sold-out stadium would be risky for both WWE and The Rock’s image.
However, The Rock could return to WWE at Royal Rumble and help Solo Sikoa win the match. WWE needs new Superstars for the future, and Solo looks like one. If he gets help from The Rock, it will elevate him to the next level.
