4 Indian Cities Apart From Hyderabad Where WWE Can Conduct Grand Show In 2023

As per Sportskeeda, WWE is returning to its second most popular fan base in the world after almost five years for a mega live event which is slated to take place in January prior to Royal Rumble. Hyderabad will reportedly host the WWE India show on 18th January 2022.

WWE organized the “WWE Live India Supershow” in Delhi back on 9th December 2017, where Triple H and Jinder Mahal locked horns in the main event. Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens are rumored to headline the upcoming event in India.

Some Indian fans feel that another city should get the rights to host this event. In this article, we will list down four cities that can host the grand spectacle in India apart from Hyderabad.

1. Ahmedabad should host WWE India show

If WWE is considering conducting a giant stadium show in India, then Ahmedabad city could be the front runners to host the event as Narendra Modi Stadium of Ahmedabad holds the tag for the largest stadium in India in terms of seating capacity. 1,10,000+ WWE fans at one venue for a grand show would be a magical experience.

2. Mumbai deserves a WWE India show

Being a hub of entertainment in India, Mumbai could be on WWE’s shortlist to host the live event. With Mumbai also having links with Bollywood, it will tempt WWE to lock in the majestic city to organize their next major show in India.

3. Delhi

WWE will not hesitate to revisit Delhi for their much awaited show in India after they achieved grand success in 2015. The WWE company is planning to do shows in the month of January on a regular basis to celebrate Indian Republic Day. So being the Capital of India, Delhi would be the prime destination to start with.

4. Kolkata

Kolkata has always been known for their love towards different sports. The city has the most passionate WWE fans in the country. The beautiful city is surrounded with plenty of cricket and soccer stadiums which automatically lines them up as the top contender to host the next WWE live event.
