WWE Clash At The Castle 2022 Results: 3 Twists That Should Have Happened At The UK PPV

Time has come to untie our seat belts as we saw the most anticipated show of the year, WWE Clash at the Castle. Cardiff city hosted a historic night yesterday at The Principality Stadium.

The match card was completely stacked with some mouthwatering matches, including huge showdown between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre for WWE Undisputed titles. Here are the four twists that could’ve been planned the UK PPV:

1. Randy Orton should have returned to assist Matt Riddle at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022

A huge singles match between Matthew Riddle and Seth Rollins happened on the PPV, where the Visionary beat The Original Bro. The Apex Predator could have made his presence felt helping his fellow tag team partner to defeat The Architect.

Randy Orton was ruled out from the in-ring competition after sustaining a back injury and is expected recover by the end of 2022. But a one-off appearance of The Viper to aid his bro and swerve the crowd by making an unexpected return could have made things interesting.

2. John Cena could have made a surprise Return at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022

John Cena has been the heartbeat of WWE since so many years. Due to his movie commitments, he has now become a part timer in WWE.

Although he cleared the air confirming he would not be going to Cardiff, Wales for the show, having a legend like him booked for the show would have definitely attracted many more eyeballs.

As announced on Smackdown, Ronda Rousey’s suspension term has come to an end. However, she did not make an appearance on the Clash at the Castle PPV.

The Baddest Women on the Planet was angry ever since she lost her championship in a disputed way. She could have interfered in the match between Shayna Baszler and Liv Morgan and took out both of them during the Smackdown Women’s Championship match.
