WWE has announced a major match involving John Cena for Crown Jewel 2023. The 16-time WWE Champion will go one-on-one with Bloodline member Solo Sikoa at the upcoming premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
John Cena made a full-time return to WWE after the strike in Hollywood. He wrestled a tag team match at Fastlane and worked as a guest host for the Payback premium live event. Now, he is all set to wrestle at the Crown Jewel premium live event against former NXT North American Champion, Solo Sikoa.
Cena has joined LA Knight in his war against The Bloodline. Knight will take on Roman Reigns in the main event of Crown Jewel 2023 for the Undisputed Universal Championship, and it looks like Cena will do the job of ensuring that there are not too many outside interferences in the match, especially from Solo Sikoa, who is The Enforcer of the Bloodline. WWE confirmed the match with the following tweet:

WWE Crown Jewel will mark the return of John Cena to Saudi Arabia since 2018
The last time Cena wrestled a match in Saudi Arabia was back in 2018, when he took on Triple H on the Greatest Royal Rumble show. It was the first premium live event of WWE in the Middle East, and the company booked a match between the two icons to ensure that there were a lot of fans watching the show live.
Cena will take on Solo Sikoa now. It seems highly unlikely that Cena will win this match because Sikoa is an extremely protected star, and WWE has been building the future stars now. Also, Cena has been willing to lose to younger stars, and after Austin Theory, Sikoa can be the next person to defeat Cena this year.
