Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes match will headline WrestleMania 39. The reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Reigns will put his title on the line against the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble winner Rhodes in a much-awaited clash.
Cody Rhodes was an AEW Superstar when Roman Reigns captured the WWE Universal Championship. Reigns has established himself as the top star of WWE, while Rhodes quit AEW to fulfill his destiny of being in the WrestleMania main event and become the world champion.
WrestleMania 39 is still over a month away, but here are our five predictions for the possible finishes of Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes match.
1. Roman Reigns retains Undisputed WWE Universal Championship vs Cody Rhodes
The most likely for this match is the champion retaining his crown. Roman Reigns has dominated the entire roster for almost three years. Cody Rhodes is not on his level right now, which is why it might be a wrong decision to make him the new champion.

While Rhodes may not be on the level of Roman Reigns, he is still better than the other challengers The Tribal Chief can have. Hence, WWE may take the risk of booking a title change in the main event of WrestleMania 39.
3. The Usos help Roman Reigns win
As has been the story since 2020/21, The Usos and Solo Sikoa could help Roman Reigns win this match. The Bloodline can reign supreme at WrestleMania 39.
4. The Rock helps Cody Rhodes win
Although I’m hyped for Roman vs Cody Rhodes, I’m still upset this match may never happen.

The Rock can set up a grand match for WrestleMania 40 by helping Cody Rhodes win this match. Later, he and Roman Reigns can fight for The Head of the Table position at WrestleMania 40.
5. Paul Heyman turns on Roman Reigns to help Cody Rhodes win
A Paul Heyman betrayal can never be ruled out whenever there is a high-profile WWE match. The Wise Man could show his true colors at the grand stage and help Cody dethrone Roman.
