India: World Cup 2023 is around the corner. The mega event is just over 3 months away from now as the official schedule of the tournament has been announced. The carnival of cricket will begin from the 5th October and the final is all set to take place on the 19th November. 10 teams will fight hard in 48 matches and would be looking to take home the crown of cricket.

The home conditions will be a massive plus for the Indian cricket team heading into the World Cup 2023. All eyes would be on them as will be favourites to win the tournament. With World Cup set to take place at their home, it’ll be a great opportunity for the Indian team to end their ICC Trophy drought and win the crown of cricket.

India will be opening their campaign against Australia in Chennai on 8th October. The focus will then move towards the national capital in Delhi as they will be facing Afghanistan there on 11th October. They will be then part of the biggest game of the tournament as they will face Pakistan in Ahmedabad on 15th October.

Bangladesh will be next up for them as they will play with them in Pune on 19th October before shifting their bases to Dharamsala for the clash against New Zealand on 22nd October. The Indian Cricket Team then will face England on 29th October in Lucknow.

The Qualifier 2 challenge will be next for them as they will be facing them on 2nd November in Mumbai. India will then lock horns with South Africa on 5th November in Kolkata before ending the league stage by playing Qualifier 1 on 11th November in Bengaluru.
