Liv Morgan stunned the WWE Universe when she won the Money in the Bank contract and cashed in the same night to become the new WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. Morgan made her main roster debut back in 2017 as a part of the faction named The Riott Squad.
Her partners Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan have left WWE, but Liv Morgan is still a part of the company. Many fans touted her as the future of the women’s division, but she could not win any championships until last Saturday. Morgan was one of the seven women in the Money in the Bank ladder match.
She surprised the fans by completing a hat-trick of wins. Earlier this week, she won singles match against Alexa Bliss and a RAW vs SmackDown tag team match. At Money in the Bank, she added two more wins under her belt and captured the SmackDown Women’s Championship in the process.
Liv Morgan did the unthinkable and cashed in on Ronda Rousey. She won the title, her first ever in WWE. Sharing his success mantra after the grand victory, Morgan said:
“Whether you know it or not, you’re gonna do everything that you wanted to do. You’re gonna do great things. And most importantly, you’re gonna grow up to be a good person. And you’re gonna have everything that you wanted.”

Liv Morgan is reportedly going to have a big match at WWE SummerSlam
WWE’s next premium live event is SummerSlam. Since Liv Morgan is the new SmackDown women’s champion, it should not be a surprise if she features in one of the main events of the show.
As per reports, Morgan will have a big match. Her opponent is not known as of now, but either Ronda Rousey could get her rematch or Charlotte Flair could make a return to get her crown back.
