“He Needs Help”- Twitter Reacts To Tony Khan’s Comments On WWE Vs AEW

WWE vs AEW debate: How many of you believe that a company that has been new in the market can take straight on a giant that has almost spent five decades in the arcade and is known as the unparalleled boss of wrestling? Well, it is simple. AEW’s Tony Khan made it clear that WWE, the biggest juggernaut in the world of entertainment wrestling has announced war with his company.

During an appearance on the Dan Le Batard Show, Khan talked at detail about what exactly has been the showdown between the AEW and WWE, also expressing his dissent about the fact that they are unable to tap the market for talents because WWE has been on a hunt for all the big reasons.

Here is what Twitter had to say about Tony Khan’s words about AEW

Khan said, “I only know what people have come to me and alleged. But I do know it’s a real war between AEW and WWE, and the fans are interested in it. And that was part of the original business model of AEW was I knew wrestling fans, frankly, are very interested in wrestling free agency and wrestling wars.”

This is also on the premise of the report that was presented by Dave Meltzer where they mentioned that WWE did approach a lot of AEW wrestlers who were still a part of the contractual obligations with the company.

Twitter definitely had their say in this matter as they were assorted in two departments where one believed that Tony was true in his assertions while the others were clear about the fact that he was making false allegations in order to hide his own failure that he is unable to keep wrestlers contracted to his company.

AEW’s viewership numbers have been improving, but one cannot say that they are in a war against WWE. Many fans believe that WWE is miles ahead of AEW.
