Roman Reigns has emerged as one of the biggest WWE superstars, not only in the modern era but also in all time. That claim has been made by multiple WWE superstars about The ‘Original Tribal Chief.’ In recent memory, a multi-time World Champion made the same claim which led to Roman Reigns responding to the same.

During a recent interview, 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena labeled Roman Reigns as the greatest of all time. When asked about the same during an appearance on the Bloomberg Live season 2, Reigns started by jokingly saying that the claim was something that his Wiseman, Paul Heyman, would usually brag about.

Furthermore, Roman Reigns stated that while the discussion was subjective, he had observed John Cena’s prime as the face of the company, who knows the responsibility better than anyone. In the end, The OTC would say that he would just have to agree with The Cenation Leader regarding Reigns being labelled as the greatest of all time in WWE.

“This is probably normally where I’d be like Paul, brag about me. But at the end of the day, it’s subjective… As far as what John said, I kind of witnessed and observed his early reign, if you will, as being WWE’s top guy, the face of the company. So, nobody knows better than everything that it takes to get to that point and to even be in the conversation. So, I guess I’m just going to agree with him.” 

John Cena and Roman Reigns have collided twice in the past, with Reigns emerging victorious on both occasions. He surpassed John Cena as the face of the company and many would argue, but Reigns has indeed transcended Cena in multiple aspects in the modern era to cement himself as one of the biggest WWE superstars in history.
