Earlier on Sunday, cricket fans were treated to a thrilling Test match. The fourth Ashes game at Sydney went down to the wire with England escaping a loss by just one wicket. At one point in the game, Australia was desperate to take wickets and hence, they resorted to an all-out attacking field-set. All fielders were placed around the bat in the incident.
Drawing comparison to this, KKR posted a picture of MS Dhoni facing a KKR spinner with many fielders around the bat. Usually, in a T20 encounter, captains do not employ such a tactic. However, Gambhir had done that in the past, and hence, that picture had become popular. As soon as KKR posted the picture, a section of the cricket fans, called out the franchise for disrespecting MS Dhoni.
