“Stand Like A Statue For 5 Minutes And Pick Up Your Money”- Dutch Mantell Names The WWE Superstar Who Has The Easiest Way To Make A Living

Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell has criticized the company for their latest booking decision related to SmackDown Superstar Aliyah. As per Mantell, Aliyah is making money without doing any proper job in the last two weeks.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s show, Smack Talk after this week’s episode of the Blue brand, Dutch Mantell highlighted how Aliyah has not done anything but walk in the ring and stand like a statue to pick up her earnings for this week.

Aliyah is involved in a rivalry with Lacey Evans on WWE SmackDown. Evans turned on her last week and hit her with a Woman’s Right after being disgruntled by the fans. This week on WWE SmackDown, Aliyah was scheduled to take on Lacey Evans in a grudge match.

However, Lacey Evans did not care to wrestle her opponent. Aliyah made her entrance, and stood in the ring, only to see Lacey Evans cutting a promo and not deciding to wrestle.

Dutch Mantell lashes out at WWE for treating Aliyah the way they have in the last 2 weeks

Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell was not happy with the way WWE has booked Aliyah of late. In his view, she could have been booked better, considering that she is a paid employee of the company. Here’s what Mantell said:

“What a way to make a living. You go to the ring, this is like the second week, and you don’t even wrestle. You just stand there like a statue for like five or six minutes and you pick up your money. I guess she’s making 400 grand a year or whatever she’s making, 500, I guess maybe. But if she was making 50 dollars, she didn’t do nothing.”

WWE will likely announce another match between Aliyah and Lacey Evans for the next episode of SmackDown. It will be interesting to see if Evans shows up to wrestle.
