The Indian cricket team is all set to visit Ireland for a two-match T20I series later this month. The two T20I matches are scheduled to happen on June 24 and 26, with Gujarat Titans skipper Hardik Pandya set to captain the Indian cricket team for the first time ever. Ian Bishop recently reacted to the 17-man squad announced by BCCI for that tour.
The Indian cricket team is currently playing a five-match T20I series against the South African cricket team at home with Rishabh Pant being the captain of the team. Rishabh is all set to play for the Indian cricket team in the ICC World Test Championship match against the England cricket team.
Pant will leave for England after completing the home T20I series against the South African cricket team. Even Shreyas Iyer and the team’s main coaches will leave for England. VVS Laxman is all set to be the Indian cricket team’s head coach during the Ireland tour.

The selection committee made three changes to the Indian squad from the ongoing series against the South African cricket team for the tour of Ireland. KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant will not play, with Sanju Samson, Rahul Tripathi and Suryakumar Yadav replacing them.
