“She’s a sweetheart”, Teddy Long reveals special feelings for Nia Jax

Nia Jax was one of the most enforcing wrestlers that WWE had seen in recent times and someone who used her physical prowess to perfection, Jax was also an absolute sweetheart who would simply love to make others smile off the camera, an attribute that was highly praised always.

She was last seen in a WWE ring in the 2023 Royal Rumble where almost the entire ring combined to take her out and it was indeed a spectacular sight for the entire Women’s section coming together for a single moment.

It has been almost a couple of years since she has been released by the company and in what seemed like an exciting and yet fascinating fact, WWE Hall of Famer, Teddy Long said that he used to flirt with Nia all the time in a very chivalrous and yet joking manner.

As the latest episode of the Wrestling Time Machine saw host Mac Davis bringing up the topic of Nia Jax to Teddy, he couldn’t stop praising the destructive Nia, another glistening extension of the prestigious Samoan family from the side of High Chief, Peter Mavia.

Here is what Teddy Long loved so much about Nia Jax

The erstwhile SmackDown general manager said, “I used to flirt with her [Nia Jax] all the time. She’s beautiful. She’s a sweetheart. She’d always come up and mess with me. Nia is a sweetheart, but the one thing I like about her is she doesn’t take no s**t. And she knows how to protect herself and I love her for that.”

There were a lot of rumours on Nia Jax facing the heat in the backside of the ring. In fact, the hearsays states that Jax meant more business and less entertainment. This is exactly where the fallout happened. Long defended Nia, saying that she was all about being herself.

Stating the obvious that WWE is more entertainment now, hence the industry would make Nia lose to smaller women, which is obviously never going to happen in a legitimate fight.

Long made it clear that no matter the opponent, the WWE Universe now knows that size do matter and the wrestling flair of Jax was also monstrous that made many other wrestlers who wanted the win over Nia earn it. With so much friction on the cards, Jax chose to walk out.
