WWE Royal Rumble 2023 Surprise Entrants are declared. In a shocking development, the men’s Royal Rumble match kicked off the show at San Antonio, Texas. WWE had announced 27 out of the 30 participants for the match in advance. The list majorly featured mid-card and upper mid-card wrestlers.

Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley were the top two favorites to win the match. However, they were eliminated before the final entrants of the match entered. Cody Rhodes made his much-awaited return at WWE Royal Rumble 2023 as one of the surprise entrants and won the match.

There were three WWE Superstars who returned during the men’s Royal Rumble 2023 match. The first was WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. He returned to the WWE ring after a long time as the 21st entrant in the match. Soon after, another WWE Hall of Famer, Edge also made his return as the 24th entrant.

Edge was eliminated by the Judgment Day members, and then Rhea Ripley attacked him while he was on his way back to the locker room. Edge’s wife Beth Phoenix made her return next to take out Rhea with a brutal spear.
