South Africa to win 4 out of their remaining 5 ODIs to get a direct qualification into the Cricket World Cup 2023
South Africa has found itself in trouble as they are on the brink of elimination from direct qualification into the Cricket World Cup 2023. The Proteas need to win 4 out of their 5 games if they have to fancy their chances of qualifying for the tournament.
So far India, England, New Zealand, Australia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Afghanistan have qualified directly for the tournament and only one more team will get direct qualification. The Proteas are currently placed 11th on the ICC ODI Super League points table with 59 points to their name.

South Africa will next face England in the three-match series in January and then they will lock horns with the Netherlands in two games. They need to win at least 4 games to get the direct qualification and if they failed to qualify they will play the qualifiers and will fight for the remaining two spots.
