It is not exactly a high-scoring ground in Ahmedabad but we could see a lot of sixes being hit at this venue. This is one of the main reasons why captains will prefer to field first after winning the toss.
The average score in each inning is around 150 and it is the side batting second that has enjoyed the most victories at this venue. It will be interesting to see how the spinners would go about at this venue.

It will be a tough place to be during April and May in Ahmedabad. It is during this time of the year that the summer will hit its peak.
