WWE Subtly Hints At Roman Reigns’ Unavailability For Royal Rumble 2024

In a stunning development, Roman Reigns is absent from the official Royal Rumble poster shared by WWE earlier today. Reigns is the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. He has been on the poster of almost every major premium live event that the company has conducted in the last few years. However, he is missing from the Royal Rumble poster.

WWE confirmed earlier today that next year’s Royal Rumble show will take place in Tampa, Florida. While Reigns hails from Florida, it looks like the company does not have any plans for the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion to be on the premium live event.

You can check out the poster shared by WWE for the Royal Rumble show below. The Superstars present on the official poster are The Judgment Day, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, IYO Sky, Bobby Lashley, Charlotte Flair, Cody Rhodes, LA Knight, Rey Mysterio, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Bianca Belair.

Roman Reigns had a blockbuster match against Kevin Owens at WWE Royal Rumble 2023

Earlier this year, Reigns defended his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship against Kevin Owens on the Royal Rumble show. The Tribal Chief successfully retained the title. After the match ended, Reigns asked Sami Zayn to hit his former best friend Owens with a steel chair. However, Zayn declined and instead hit Reigns with the chair.
