Rhea Ripley has put forward a strange request. She wants to join The Bloodline. In a recent interview with Gery Roif, Ripley claimed that she would have tried to join The Bloodline if she wasn’t already a Judgment Day member.
Commenting on her status in WWE, Rhea said: “You know, Rhea Ripley only wants the best and that’s why I’m a part of The Judgment Day. So, if we weren’t a thing, we weren’t a faction, we weren’t all together, I would probably be trying to get into The Bloodline. You know, maybe. Maybe it would have worked, maybe it would have not, I don’t know,” [0:08 – 0:26]
Fans should note that she has trolled Bloodline’s leader Roman Reigns multiple times on social media as well.
What did Vince Russo have to say about Rhea Ripley
On the recent RAW, Paul Heyman announced a partnership between The Bloodline and The Judgment Day factions. He said a short-term deal was struck and approved by Roman Reigns himself. Heyman explained that the two heel factions will help each other by taking down their enemies.
However, as the two teams stood face-to-face with each other, the tension between Rhea Ripley and Solo Sikoa was evident. Even when Heyman tried switching places among them, Ripley re-positioned herself to stare down Sikoa once again. They have been in this stare-down position a few weeks back too.
This intense situation between the two rival faction members was exciting for fans but one wrestling veteran was not impressed. Controversial wrestling figure Vince Russo explained on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW, that the confrontation would not be convincing.
Ripley is no stranger to inter-gender matches as she has defeated Akira Tozawa in the past. However, Sikoa is no Tozawa. He is an upcoming superstar who has dominated the best of WWE and has just barely tasted defeat.
