“I Can Only Pray For Our Father”- Rikishi Comments On Upcoming WrestleMania XL Match Between His Sons Jey And Jimmy

WrestleMania XL will be an emotional show for WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi as his twin sons Jey and Jimmy Uso will square off in a singles match. The rivalry between the two Usos started at SummerSlam last year, when Jimmy betrayed his brother Jey and stopped him from becoming the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

Jey then quit SmackDown and joined RAW, where he had a short tag team championship reign with Cody Rhodes. Jimmy returned to the Bloodline, aligning with Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa.

Almost five months after SummerSlam, Jey and Jimmy came face-to-face again at the WWE Royal Rumble show. They were the first two entrants. It reignited their feud, and now, they are all set to clash at WrestleMania XL.

Speaking on the Rikishi Fatu Off The Top show, Rikishi spoke about his sons’ upcoming WrestleMania match and said:

“It’s going to be definitely a treat for the world, and I can only pray for our father that they go out there, perform, and be able to walk out there and walk back. I would love to see them walk back together.”

Rikishi signed off by saying that he wants the storyline of his sons to end with both of them walking back together backstage at WrestleMania XL.

Will Rikishi be a part of Jey Uso vs Jimmy Uso match at WrestleMania XL?

Last year, Rikishi accidentally dropped a poster of a match between his sons with himself being the guest referee. The stage for that match was Payback, but the match did not happen there. Now, it’s happening at WrestleMania XL, which is the grandest stage of ’em All.

Rikishi will like to be involved in one way or the other in this match. Either he could be the guest commentator for this match at WrestleMania XL or even be the guest referee. Since Rikishi has not been a part of the Bloodline storyline so far, it may not make sense for him to be a referee.
