Here Is The Reason Why There Are No WWE PPVs In December 2023

WWE does not have a single PPV planned for December 2023. Pay-per-views, now known as Premium Live Events, are an integral part of the WWE calendar. Generally, WWE conducts one special show in one month.

However, in December 2023, there are none. This is not the first time WWE has not organized a premium live event in December. Last year also, WWE did not have any special shows in December. Many fans are curious to know why there are no PPVs of WWE in December 2023.

Well, the probable reason behind it is that the company now cares for its Superstars more than ever. Generally, the December show would be a ‘filler’ show between Royal Rumble and Survivor Series. However, this year, Superstars have received off days from work to spend time with their families.

There are no WWE shows planned from December 19 to 25, meaning the Superstars will have an complete off week. Plus, WWE has not planned RAW or SmackDown events for the last week of December. It is a subtle hint that we might get a ‘Best Of’ show.

When is the next WWE PPV after December 2023?

The next WWE PPV is Royal Rumble 2024, which will happen on January 27. It will be the first premium live event of the new year. The road to the Royal Rumble show has begun, with WWE announcing the Men’s Royal Rumble match officially.

As always, there will be two Royal Rumble matches – one for men and one for women. The winner of the respective matches will earn a world title shot at WrestleMania XL.
