Australia will tour South Africa for the 5 ODI and 3 T20Is against South Africa in September to prepare themselves for the ODI World Cup 2023. It’ll be the first time since Australia will go to South Africa since the covid-19 pandemic.
The tour will kick start with a T20I series on August 30th followed by the second and third games to take place on the 1st and 3rd September respectively. The three games will be played in Durban.
The focus will then shift towards the ODI series that will be played on 7th September whereas the second game is scheduled to take place on 9th September. The first two games will be played in Bloemfontein followed by the third game to take place in Potchefstroom in September 12th.
The fourth game will be played in Centurion on September 15th while the last match between South Africa and Australia will take place at Johannesburg on September 17th.

August 30: First T20I, Durban
September 1: Second T20I, Durban
September 3: Third T20I, Durban
September 7: First ODI, Bloemfontein
September 9: Second ODI, Bloemfontein
September 12: Third ODI, Potchefstroom

September 17: Fifth ODI, Johannesburg

Very few people know that this Series was originally to be a 3-Match Test Series between SA & AUS which was to be played for the cancelled series in Feb 2021 due to Covid
