The ongoing second Test between India and Australia is turning out to be a cause of concern for the hosts. After they were bundled out for 263 runs, they failed to get going in the second innings with the bat.

After India lost four quick wickets, the duo of Ravindra Jadeja (26) and Virat Kohli steadied the innings and tried to bail out team out of trouble. But this didn’t happen as both were dismissed within the first hour of lunch.

However, Virat’a dismissal raised the eyeballs of many. He was termed out LBW when it seemed that he edged the ball and the wickets were only marginally hitting as per Hawk Eye. Debutant Kuhnemann bowled an arm ball that squeezed past the bat as Kohli tried to defend.

Umpire Nitin Menon at first termed it out but after reviewing, it appeared to the naked eye that the ball hit the bat first and then the pad. However, the third umpire didn’t check the ultra edge properly and moved on to the ball-tracker, which showed the ball hitting the stumps just marginally. The batter was given out for 44 runs and he walked out disappointedly.
