Charlotte Flair is one of the most influential women wrestlers in the WWE circuit and from her stepping in the ring alongside her dad, Ric Flair to her leading the division alongside other heavyweights of the sport.
Born as Ashley Elizabeth Fliehr, Charlotte assumed her ring name after she joined the premium brand of entertainment wrestling. Her first appearance in the wrestling ring came way back in 1993 with her father when the company was called World Championship Wrestling.
It was in 2012 when she started her training with the current WWE roster and debuted in WWE NXT in the same year. She was named as the Rookie of the Year in 2014 by Pro Wrestling Illustrated and bagged her debut in WWE in 2015.

In 2017, Charlotte Flair admitted that she had a massive crush on one of her father’s most formidable opposition, Sting. At Starrcade 1993, Flair drubbed Big Van Vader before Charlotte joined the post-match celebrations with Ricky Steamboat, Sting and other superstars.
Writing in the Book, Second Nature: The Legacy of Ric Flair and the Rise of Charlotte, The Queen said, “After the match, we were all in the locker room as part of a segment with Mean Gene [Okerlund],” Charlotte Flair wrote. “During our interview, Ricky Steamboat and Sting came in to congratulate my dad. No one knew this at the time, but I had a huge crush on Sting. He was my boyfriend – well, at least I thought so.”

Ric and Sting did cross paths more times than you can imagine but when the kayfabe was stripped off, the two were amazing friends and the friendship holds still to date.
