Whenever there is John Cena involved, there is a lot at stake always. Whether it is a Hollywood movie or there is a new wrestling move, Cena has always been creating ripples around the globe. With all said and done, Cena’s latest appearance in NXT was something that sent the fans into an unprecedented frenzy.

In NXT, Cena was seen siding with the likes of Carmelo Hayes as a ringside supporter in his match-up with Bron Breakker. Not only did Cena fill the ringside of Hayes but he also got into the match-up and ensured that the fans are getting the most of their money for the showdown.

However, that was just the surprise that was taking shape. The actual surprise that left everyone stunned and looking for answers were when Cena pulled off a move that emulated Rick Rude when he popped up in a commercial that was played during the live event of AEW.

The bare minimum mention of Cena and AEW in the same breath makes it obviously startling for the fans that what on earth is about to happen. Ever since its introduction, AEW has already snapped too many WWE Superstars that included the legendary likes of Sting, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Hardy Brothers, Christian and now the latest addition was that of Edge.

However, the advert that portrayed Cena in it and the fact that it was played during AEW makes people wonder that is there going to be another shift in the tide of proceedings for WWE.

Fans believe that this is nothing but a commercial but others have to say there may be hidden meanings after the departure of Edge which may see Cena fancying his chances.
