Candice LeRae has made a comeback to WWE on RAW very recently to the pleasant surprise of the WWE universe. Let’s find out a little about the superstar.
Candice LeRae Gargano (birth name Candice Dawson) was best known in WWE for her tenure in NXT as the NXT Women’s tag team champion with Indi Hartwell. She was also a part of the faction there called The Way with her husband, RAW superstar Johnny Gargano.
She may be new in WWE but has a ton of experience in the independent circuit with companies like Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) and Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) with a career spanning almost two decades and multiple championship reigns.

She always wanted to join WWE and it has been her dream since she was 6 years old. Although she made her pro wrestling debut twenty years ago, it’s only on the 26th September episode of RAW, that she made her way to the WWE main roster.
When did Candice LeRae and Johnny Gagrone get married?
LeRae met her husband Gargano, who made his debut on RAW a few weeks back, at a wrestling event in California and after dating for some time, got married at Disneyland in 2016. The couple has even been featured in a short documentary on their dynamics as a wrestling couple. They have a child together.

Apart from her vast experience in the indies, she has a variety of interests and was even a part of her high school marching band where she played the flute and piccolo. She played baseball all through school and even wanted to become a professional baseball player.
She is a massive Disney fan just like her fellow RAW superstar Alexa Bliss. She has visited all Disney parks in the world except Shanghai and Hong Kong. She has a degree in culinary arts and was working as a baker for many years at Universal Studios, California.
The in-ring veteran who has the look and skills should be a valuable addition to RAW. With her husband, she can even get into an interesting feud with Miz and Maryse or other couples or maybe just go on a solo run.
