It’s a general feeling that the former chairman of the board Mr. McMahon, didn’t like small men or NXT talent in general. But ever since his departure from WWE and Triple H taking over WWE Creative, there has been a series of returns and will most probably continue in the coming weeks.

This fact has fueled rumors that Gargano may be open for a comeback eight months after his release. He was after all, a star of the brand that Triple H built. It’s being reported that Gargano has in fact, held talks with WWE’s rival AEW but it’s not sure if he would be joining like so many others from WWE have. Also, next week’s AEW Dynamite and Rampage are supposed be held from his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. So if already signed, he should show up there.

It will be interesting to see where Johnny Wrestling finally shows up.

Which match will main event WWE Extreme Rules 2022?

Extreme Rules is the next pay per view following Clash at the Castle, which is next month. But rumors are rife regarding the main event of Extreme Rules being already locked in and two top superstars are going to highlight it. Drew McIntyre and Karrion Kross.

Drew is facing Roman Reigns at the Clash next month for the Undisputed titles and Karrion had returned a couple of weeks ago to attack Drew. There are however no plans to include Kross in the title match at the Clash, therefore, he is being prepped up to face McIntyre at Extreme rules in a Big main event fight.

Whether the Scottish warrior is the new champ after Clash or not is still to be seen but this is a fresh feud and can only end up increasing eyeballs for WWE.

AEW dominates today’s WWE Clash at the Castle 2022 rumor roundup

Rumors surrounding an AEW talent being contacted by WWE are coming in and everyone is in the dark about who that is. Trusted sources are reporting on this and it could also add to legal troubles for WWE as the talent is supposedly under full time contract with AEW.

Till date the migration of talent has been one way, WWE to AEW (with the exception being Cody Rhodes). But since, Triple H has taken over creative control of the company, the tyrannical image of WWE is changing with ex talents like Karrion Kross and Hit Row returning and others on the way.

If all goes well, this could be a Monday Night Wars type situation from 90s where WWE was pitted against WCW and the to and fro of talent across brands with cutthroat competition made pro wrestling the most exciting thing on television.

Let’s keep fingers crossed for the Golden era of pro wrestling to make a return like the ex-talent as well…
