The Royal Challengers have been a part of the Indian Premier League since 2008. They are one of the few five teams to have played in all the seasons of the IPL, but they have never been able to capture the IPL trophy. It is not that they have failed to perform in all seasons.

RCB qualified for the final in IPL 2009, 2011 and 2016, but they lost all three matches. This year, they have assigned the team’s reins to former South African cricket team captain Faf du Plessis who is a very successful IPL player.

The Twitter user clearly hinted that Barcelona is like CSK, Ronaldinho is Faf du Plessis, whereas AC Milan is like RCB in this situation.
