“Ain’t The Same Anymore”- Twitter Reacts As Virat Kohli Loses His Wicket For A Golden Duck Once Again

The 36th match of the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League is currently underway at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai, where the Royal Challengers Bangalore are locking horns with the Sunrisers Hyderabad in a rematch of the IPL 2016 Final. While Virat Kohli had done a decent job for RCB in the 2016 summit clash, he failed to open his account in the 2022 fixture against SRH.

Facing Marco Jansen on the first ball of his innings, Kohli handed a catch to Aiden Markram and returned to the dressing room. Even in the previous game against the Lucknow Super Giants, Kohli got caught out off a delivery bowled by Dushmantha Chameera.

Speaking of the IPL 2022 match between the Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Royal Challengers Bangalore, SRH skipper Kane Williamson won the toss again and decided to bowl first. The decision worked in his team’s favor as the Orange Army picked up three wickets in the first two overs.

“We’re going to have a bowl. It’s hot and humid, some dew might be coming in. We’ll see. The wickets tend to remain the same, so we’ll look to use the ball first up. We’ve got a little bit of a break.”
