From a cricketing point of view, as well, Nathan is a perfect fit in any T20 side. His bowling has too many variations and at a venue like Mohali, he can be very useful. If not as a starter, Ricky Ponting could use him as the backup overseas pacer in the team.
2) Harshal Patel

3) Rilee Rossouw
Last season, Punjab Kings spent quite some cash to hire the South African cricketer. In the limited games that he played, the left-handed batter actually did well.
It is hard to get a left-handed middle-order batter who can do well in the middle overs. The likes of Nicholas Pooran are already taken. Hence, PBKS could be interested in getting Rilee back to the squad.
