Rovman Powell didn’t live up to the expectations for Delhi Capitals this season. The Caribbean batter failed miserably and was dropped from the team as well. In the absence of Rishabh Pant, it was expected that he would take the responsibility but he was dismissed cheaply in all the games. Also with Rilee Rossuow playing well in the league this year might have put pressure on Powell and therefore team might release him ahead of the next season.
