Besides that, Rohit Sharma and Co have made it to the playoffs on seven occasions in their history. On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings are the only team that made it to the finals on nine occasions, the most by a team.
Besides that, MS Dhoni and Co have qualified for the playoffs on eleven occasions, which is the most by any team in the competition. Mumbai Indians failed to qualify for the playoffs in the IPL 2022 season.
They finished at the bottom of the points table with just four wins and suffered ten defeats. MI will kick-start their campaign on April 2 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
