The road to WrestleMania generally features a lot of twists and turns. Triple H will be the head of the creative for the first time in the WrestleMania season, and here are our predictions for the five things that could happen on the WWE RAW episode after Royal Rumble 2023.

Jey Uso walked out on The Bloodline in the closing moments of Royal Rumble. Jey also saved Sami Zayn from being expelled from the faction on RAW 30. It looks like Jey will align with Sami on the road to WrestleMania 39 and be in his corner for his future match against Roman Reigns.

Rhea Ripley won the women’s Royal Rumble on Saturday at Alamodome. It is likely that The Judgment Day member will wait for a while before choosing her WrestleMania 39 opponent. She might resume her feud with Beth Phoenix and Edge ahead of Elimination Chamber.

Rumors have claimed that Roman Reigns will pull off double duty at WrestleMania 39, meaning he will have one match each on two nights. Since Cody Rhodes has won the Royal Rumble, Reigns will face The American Nightmare at the Showcase of Immortals.
However, Rhodes has mentioned that his goal has been to become the WWE Champion. Hence, it is possible that Rhodes will challenge Roman for the WWE Championship on Night 1 of WrestleMania 39, marking 1 year of his return to WWE at WrestleMania 38.

WrestleMania 39 is still many weeks away. WWE would like to build Cody as an unstoppable force by booking him to conclude his rivalry with Seth Rollins. Seth could attack Rhodes on RAW and ask for a match against him with the spot of WrestleMania main event on the line. The match could happen at Elimination Chamber.

Damage CTRL have dominated Becky Lynch in the recent past by taking the advantage of 3-on-1 situation. Becky would look for some new allies on RAW to counter Bayley, Dakota Kai and IYO Sky. Piper Niven and Carmella could probably join forces with Becky.
