Asia Cup 2022 started on 27th August. The tournament will involve six teams for the biggest crown in Asia. The six teams of Asia Cup 2022 are divided into two groups- Group A and Group B. All three squads in each group play against each other to populate a points table. The top two members of each Group qualify for the Super Four stage.

In the Super Four, all four teams battle it out against each other once. Hence, each team will get to play three matches. At the end of this stage, the top two teams will see each other in the summit clash. Compared to the format in the T20 World Cup
