The Indian cricket team was on a 5-match winning streak in ICC T20 World Cup matches against Pakistan. However, the streak ended last night in Dubai when Pakistan beat India by ten wickets in the Super 12 match. Virender Sehwag made a tweet recently.
Pakistan captain Babar Azam called the toss right and decided to field first in the big game. The decision proved to be a correct one as the left-arm fast bowler of the Pakistan cricket team, Shaheen Shah Afridi, dismissed both Indian openers, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma early. Suryakumar Yadav joined them in the dressing room soon.
Virat Kohli saved the day for the Indian cricket team after the collapse
Captain Virat Kohli played an impactful knock after coming out to bat at number three for the team. Kohli aggregated 57 runs off 49 deliveries and ensured that the Indian cricket team finished with a score of 151 runs. Rishabh Pant supported him well. Shaheen Afridi took three wickets for the Pakistan team, while Hasan Ali dismissed a couple of Indian batters.
In reply, Indian bowlers failed to take a single wicket. Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan stitched up a top-class opening partnership of 152 runs as Pakistan won by ten wickets. All Indian bowlers remained wicketless and had an economy rate of 7 or more. Mohammed Shami was the most expensive, with an economy rate of 11.2 as he gave away 43 runs in 3.5 overs.

Quite a few fans targeted Shami on social media after the Indian cricket team’s defeat against the Pakistan cricket team. Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag made the following tweet after seeing what was happening on social media:
