5 WWE Superstars Who Could Be The Next Face of The Company

WWE has never had a dearth of talent on their roster who are ready to go and shoot for the stars at any given time. But are they able to utilise these talents to their full potential and not let incredible potential go to waste? That’s debatable. But once in a while, a talent does climb up the ladder from the dungeons of obscurity from their own tenacity or from a little push in the right direction by a higher up or maybe even due to their lineage. It does happen once in a blue moon.

Now with Triple H in charge of creative, there are very strong chances of young and upcoming talents getting ahead and pushed to the front of the line based on their potential. Some may even become face of the company someday since NXT is the Game’s baby and he would want to see his pupils pushed with a rocket strapped to their backs.

Here are 5 WWE Superstars who could be the next face of the company

1. WWE RAW Superstar Dominik Mysterio

The son of WWE Legend Rey Mysterio has had a good start in WWE. Debuting directly on the main roster and gaining first hand experience by performing alongside his high flying father, Dominik Mysterio is set to be a star. He has already created history by winning the tag team titles with his father, becoming WWE’s first ever father-son tag team champions.

He is a regular feature on the company’s flagship show, RAW, where he feuds with top tier talent and factions. If he gets up to WWE’s body standards and works more on his skills, there’s no stopping this inherent talent from becoming the next face of the company.

2. Von Vagner

Von Wagner (Cal Bloom) is an impressive second generation wrestler (son of WWE alumni Wayne Bloom) and multi sport college star, who has the look that WWE wants with an impressive height and physique. He has the business flowing in his veins and has had earlier training from his father and even Mr. Kennedy.

On NXT, now that he has acquired the managerial services of Robert Stone and Sofia Cromwell, his physical gifts will only be put to precise and correct use. This is a rookie with a wealth of potential that we need to keep an eye open to because he has all the makings of a future main eventer.

3. Giovanni Vinci

Fabian Aichner (real name) or as he’s better known in NXT 2.0, Giovanni Vinci is an international wrestling superstar of Italian origin who has had a wealth of experience in the independent circuits like Evolve and in European wrestling promotions. He is a high flier, technical and power wrestler all packaged into one impressive package.

He hasn’t debuted on the main roster in either of the two shows but has had some success on NXT as the tag team champion with his former Imperium partner Marcel Barthel and has delivered some impressive matches where he has displayed his superb athleticism.

Him being re packaged as Vinci from Aichner was a good move by the creative because as an individual talent he would be able to stand out more and catch the eye of the higher ups as the future of the company.

His imitation of John Cena’s debut slap on Adam Cole shows he is shooting for the stars and has all the physical tools to get there. An impressive look with high flying athleticism and promo skills, this young talent is ready to sore high and if given the right push at the right time could sit right on top of WWE.
