Roman Reigns will defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against LA Knight at the upcoming Crown Jewel premium live event. The match between Roman Reigns and LA Knight will likely close the show, and the Tribal Chief is the hot favorite to win the match.
LA Knight is over with the fans, but he is still not on that level to end the reign of the Tribal Chief. Assuming that Roman Reigns defeats the Megastar at WWE Crown Jewel 2023, here are five men who can dethrone him in 2024.
1. Jey Uso can go after Roman Reigns if LA Knight loses
Jey Uso was very close to defeating Roman Reigns in the Tribal Combat match at SummerSlam. Jimmy Uso’s unexpected interference cost him the match. Perhaps, Jey can ask for a rematch and dethrone the Tribal Chief.
2. Solo Sikoa can beat Roman Reigns if LA Knight fails
Solo Sikoa is the Enforcer of the Bloodline. He will have his first singles premium live event match against John Cena at Crown Jewel. Considering that Sikoa is one of the most protected members on the roster, he can be the one to end Roman’s reign.
3. Damian Priest
Damian Priest currently owns the Money in the Bank contract in the men’s division. Priest is on RAW, but if he wants, he can cash in his contract on SmackDown’s Roman Reigns and become the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
4. Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes has been trying to finish his story ever since he arrived in WWE. After losing against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, Cody will have to work hard to another shot. If the American Nightmare meets the Tribal Chief again, there should be a different winner.
5. Bron Breakker
The wildcard choice for this role is NXT Superstar, Bron Breakker, whom WWE sees as their future. Breakker has already shared the screen with some legends. He has worked with Paul Heyman as well. Perhaps, a title shot can be on the cards soon.
