Asia Cup 2022 is almost upon us and Team India will be starting their campaign against the mighty fine Pakistan who however, was depleted of their star bowler, Shaheen Afridi through an injury. As far as the status quo stands, barring India and Pakistan, the remaining teams are almost on a similar plane and will be gifting a string of thrilling encounters to make it to the semis.

Shikhar Dhawan:
The southpaw has been in fine form over the years in ICC events and his current stance against West Indies and Zimbabwe will make him a favourite for the following year’s World Cup given the fact that he only plays T20 in IPL.
With all said and done, he has managed to smash two centuries in the continental extravaganza that places him in the same pedestal like that of Sachin Tendulkar in terms of centuries in the Asia Cup.
