1) Rahul Tewatia
It needs to be noted that Rahul is yet to make his India debut. He was selected once but was ruled out due to an injury. Despite consistently doing well at IPL, he is yet to get his due.
Nevertheless, for this tournament, he will be a good fit. He is a left-hander and has brute power on his side. A quality all-rounder, he can also provide services with the ball.
2) Shahrukh Khan
Shahrukh Khan is one of the players India could select for the upcoming Hong Kong Sixes tournament. For a tournament like this, batters with raw power are a must. They should also have some experience with the ball, although not very necessary. It is a batter’s tournament.
Shahrukh ticks all these boxes. In TNPL, he is also a leading bowler. Therefore, he can be a good pick for Team India.
3) Rajat Patidar
Rajat Patidar is a player who solely relies on timing the ball to get the big hits. Mostly against spinners, he is very prolific when it comes to six-hitting.
He can be a good choice to be as the opener and the lead batter. Since he has already played for India, he could be a captaincy contender, as well.
