As usual, there is no talk about a mid-season transfer in the ongoing edition, as well. However, some teams must attempt this to save their season. RCB is one such squad. They are in need of good players and they can check out some options in other squads. Here, we take a look at the list of three Indian bowlers RCB can target in the mid-season transfer window of IPL 2024.
1) R Sai Kishore
Gujarat Titans are themselves in trouble and yet, they are finding it difficult to give chances to R Sai Kishore. While they started the season with Sai, after the first few matches, they went back to their last season idea of Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmed in the spin department.
Assuming the rules of the mid-season transfer window are the same, Sai should be eligible for a mid-season transfer. RCB is in dire need of a good spinner and Sai would be the perfect answer for this.
2) Kartik Tyagi
It is not sure if Kartik Tyagi has an injury issue. However, it is a surprise that a player with so much potential is on the bench and there is hardly any news about him.
If he is fit and available, RCB must attempt a transfer. Kartik is a fine player and would add a lot of value to the RCB setup, which is not in form at the moment. For Kartik, as well, it would be a fine chance to show his skills in the ongoing edition.
3) Chetan Sakariya
Chetan Sakariya is one of the Indian bowlers RCB can target in the mid-season transfer window of IPL 2024. When he came to KKR, it was natural that he would not get a lot of games.
At a franchise like RCB, Chetan is a good fit. He can bowl at various phases and would be a good addition to the bowling department.
